What is the key eligibility date for the CRESS Acceleration Package? What happens if the project achieves COD after December 2028? If the RED submits an Extension of Time (EOT) during the project development stage, will this affect the CRESS Acceleration Package? Is additional capacity commissioned after the eligibility deadline covered by the package? What contract period applies to this package? What documents are required? Where should the application be submitted? If the RED commissions the plant before 31st December 2028, but the GC terminates the BESC before or after that date, will the RED remain eligible for the CRESS Acceleration Package?
