Berdasarkan pemahaman kami terhadap seksyen 8.1 dan 8.19, Green Consumer (GC) yang layak sepatutnya adalah pelanggan sedia ada, disambungkan kepada talian voltan tinggi dan/atau sederhana, yang telah atau akan menerima bekalan elektrik pada atau selepas 30 September 2024. Adakah pengawal selia akan mempertimbangkan untuk melanjutkan tarikh mula GC yang layak bagi mendapatkan kelompok permintaan yang lebih besar untuk RED membekalkan bekalan serta mewajarkan pelaburan berskala?
Suruhanjaya Tenaga pada masa ini memberi tumpuan untuk mengekalkan tarikh mula sedia ada bagi GC yang layak, memandangkan Kerajaan telah meluluskan keperluan ini selaras dengan rangka kerja pasaran yang lebih luas dan objektif strategik.

What is the dispatch priority during solar energy generation? E.g. is it to fully charge the BESS first and export to grid once BESS is fully charged or vice versa? Or is the battery mainly to help firm up/smooth out the half-hourly firm output?
