Berkenaan klasifikasi Green Consumer baharu, kami ingin bertanya bagi pihak bakal off-taker pusat data, dengan ESA bagi sambungan 450 MVA dengan TNB. Tapak pusat data tersebut telah pun dienergikan pada penggunaan kuasa yang sangat minimum untuk tujuan pengujian dan pentauliahan sebagai persediaan untuk pelanggan mereka pada suku pertama dan kedua tahun hadapan. Adakah mereka masih boleh dianggap sebagai Green Consumer baharu di bawah CRESS?
Pengguna hanya boleh menyertai CRESS bagi permintaan baharu atau tambahan daripada kontrak bekalan sedia ada.

What is the dispatch priority during solar energy generation? E.g. is it to fully charge the BESS first and export to grid once BESS is fully charged or vice versa? Or is the battery mainly to help firm up/smooth out the half-hourly firm output?
