Merujuk Klausa 6.14(b) Garis Panduan CRESS September mengenai kitaran bil EUC, adakah terdapat sekatan lanjutan tempoh Kontrak Bekalan Tenaga Dwipihak antara RED dan Green Consumer, dan adakah CRESA menyerupai ESA TNB?
i. Tiada sekatan terhadap lanjutan tempoh Perjanjian Dwipihak di bawah CRESA.
ii. CRESA adalah berkekalan (perpetual) melainkan ditamatkan lebih awal mengikut terma dan syarat CRESA.
iii. CRESA adalah berdasarkan Perjanjian Bekalan Elektrik dalam versi yang dikurangkan dan dipermudahkan bagi menyesuaikan skim CRESS.
