Suruhanjaya Tenaga telah secara rasmi melantik firma-firma perunding berikut pada Januari 2012 untuk membantu
dalam proses pembidaan kompetitif:
1. Pricewaterhouse Coopers Advisory Services sebagai penasihat kewangan;
2. Sinclair Knight Merz (SKM) sebagai penasihat teknikal; dan
3. Christopher Lee & Co sebagai penasihat undang-undang.
