Jawapan: Tanpa mengira jenis loji (output Firm atau bukan Firm), RED dikehendaki mengisytiharkan output tenaga bulanan. Output tenaga bulanan ini akan diambil kira dalam pengiraan tenaga lebihan sekiranya berlaku penarikan diri Pengguna Hijau.
