Mana-mana orang yang menjalankan aktiviti-aktiviti berikut hendaklah memohon lesen gas daripada Suruhanjaya Tenaga:

a) import gas ke dalam terminal pengegasan semula;
b) pengegasan semula gas;
c) perkapalan gas;
d) pengangkutan gas;
e) pengedaran gas;
f) peruncitan gas; atau
g) penggunaan gas.
