Can a university be considered as service industry and hence corporate consumer?
Apakah definisi Corporate Consumer? a) Adakah Corporate dengan pelbagai lokasi dianggap sebagai satu Corporate Consumer bagi semua lokasi tersebut? b) Adakah Corporate dengan pelbagai anak syarikat yang menjalankan perniagaan yang sama dianggap sebagai satu Corporate Consumer bagi semua anak syarikat tersebut, contohnya rangkaian hospital di mana setiap hospital dimiliki oleh satu Sdn Bhd tetapi semua anak syarikat dimiliki oleh sebuah syarikat induk.
Menurut garis panduan CGPP, pelanggan korporat mestilah mempunyai permintaan maksimum sekurang-kurangnya 1MWac. Adakah ini merujuk kepada meter individu atau bolehkah ia terdiri daripada sekumpulan meter di bawah nama pelanggan korporat yang sama?

Understand that preference shares are allowed via non-convertible preference shares with debt characteristics and no voting rights are allowed. In such case, is the preference shares holder considered as one of the consortium members?
i) Company A submits an application of 30MW through consortium A (company A + Company B). Company A holds 50% shareholding.
ii) Company A submits another application of 30MW through consortium B (company A + company C) . Company A holds 50% shareholding.
Is this arrangement allowed? Or Company A submission through consortium A is already counted as 1 full submission?
