Pencarian Wira Bijak Tenaga 2026

Overview

The Energy Commission (ST), as a strategic partner of the Malaysia Energy Literacy Program (MELP), introduces the Pencarian Wira Bijak Tenaga 2026. This is a national-level energy literacy competition aimed at nurturing a younger generation that is more aware, knowledgeable, and responsible regarding efficient, safe, and sustainable energy use.

This program is implemented through the Digital Educational Learning Initiative Malaysia (DELIMa) platform and has received approval for Physical Activity, Sports, and Co-curricular Assessment (PAJSK) recognition for student participation, subject to the applicable terms and conditions.

The program is a continuation and rebranding of the Energy Efficiency Challenge (EE Challenge), which was organized by the Energy Commission from 2014 to 2025. Through this new approach, Pencarian Wira Bijak Tenaga 2026 has been enhanced with fresher, more interactive, and comprehensive content. The competition covers key areas such as energy literacy, energy efficiency, electrical and gas safety, green technology, and the role of the younger generation in supporting the nation's energy transition agenda.

The organization of this program forms part of MELP’s ongoing efforts to strengthen energy literacy among primary and secondary school students, in line with Malaysia’s aspirations towards energy transition and sustainable development.
