  1. BESS will be connected directly to the grid and will be independent from the backfeed agreement. GSO will determine the charging and discharging of BESS.
  2. There is no restriction in the backfeed agreement.
  3. Backfeed Agreement is a standard agreement meant for backfeed supply, where there will be no maximum demand charge. An Electricity Supply Agreement (ESA) is a special agreement for normal supply for high voltage, public distribution, and cogeneration customers.
