Steps to apply for a Release Letter:

  1. Complete the e-Permit registration by contacting Dagang Net Technologies Sdn. Bhd. (DNT) at 1-300-133-133 or via email at careline@dagangnet.com to obtain an ID and password.
  2. Log in using the ID and password at https://epermit.dagangnet.com, which is also linked on the ST website.
