Jenis inverter yang dipilih oleh RED sama ada untuk BESS atau solar hendaklah mematuhi keperluan Kod Grid bagi Semenanjung Malaysia dan seperti yang dinasihatkan oleh EUC pada peringkat memohon sambungan grid (melalui PSS). Inverter tersebut mungkin dikehendaki menyediakan fungsi grid-forming dan/atau black-start. Untuk maklumat terperinci mengenai ujian Pematuhan BESS, sila rujuk Lampiran D RE SAA. Perjanjian tersebut akan disediakan oleh EUC semasa permohonan CRESS.
