Energy consumers must appoint a Registered Energy Manager (REM), develop and implement an energy management system (EnMS), submit energy efficiency and conservation (EE&C) reports, and appoint a Registered Energy Auditor (REA) to conduct energy audits and submit audit reports, in accordance with the Act.
