Who pays the SAC under the Acceleration Package?

Both the Renewable Energy Developer (RED) and the Green Consumer (GC) will pay SAC, but at different rates.

An eligible RED will pay a fixed SAC rate for the specified package period, subject to the applicable eligibility and compliance requirements.

The GC will pay a separate SAC rate through TNB’s billing system. The GC’s SAC rate will be reviewed and may be revised during each regulatory period.
