Can interconnection solution be changed later if the PSS is not favourable?

No. The application is considered unsuccessful.

Please advice if 132kV substation that is not in the list is allowed if preliminary check with PSS consultant shows that injection is feasible. Is Full PSS is required for NEDA? or PSS stage 1? If PSS rejected by TNB at NEDA stage, does it meant the CGPP application will be fully rejected?
