The customer has signed the ESA, and the supply is given before the CRESS effective date. The customer declared the staggered Maximum Demand as follows. Can customers join CRESS for the additional staggered load for the coming years? Eg, Customer final MD is 100MW with staggered load declaration. Year 1 = 10 MW (current year) Year 5 = 50 MW Year 15 = 100MW (final load).

Customer may only join CRESS for request of additional load above 100MW only which is the final load of existing supply contract
