Can customers join CRESS for the additional staggered load for the coming years? Eg, Customer final MD is 100MW with staggered load declaration. Year 1 = 10 MW (current year) Year 5 = 50 MW Year 15 = 100MW (final load).

Customer may only join CRESS for request of additional load above 100MW only which is the final load of existing supply contract
