CRESS
Customers have signed ESA and supply is given before effective date of CRESS. Can customers close their account and submit new supply application to join CRESS under the new account?
Customers may close or terminate their accounts at any time. However, customers are subject to related charges, such as Liquidated Damages, Refundable Connection Charge, or any other charges as provided under the supply contract terms and conditions.
Since CRESS is open for new customers and existing customers with additional load only, the customers who close their accounts are not allowed to join CRESS if the same customers open a new account at the same premises.
