What action can be taken if any party fails to comply with this Directive?
The provision under Section 50E, Electricity Supply Act 1990 states that a person who fails to comply with this Directive commits an offence and shall, on conviction, be liable to a fine not exceeding two hundred thousand ringgit or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding two years or to both.
